Drawn Closer

Drawn Closer, directed by Academy Award–winner Patrick Osborne, turned a canceled school play into a first-of-its-kind animated short, performed remotely by middle school students using facial tracking technology. Partnering with Nexus Studios for COX Communications, the film won a Gold Lovie Award for Animation. Pollen’s heartfelt music and sound design brought the students’ performances to life, deepening the film’s emotional impact.
